Nia is medicine for the body and soul. It is a fitness practice that is perfect for all ages and appeals to both men and women.
I invite you to come to our class and experience for yourself -- joy, fitness and wellness -- from simply moving your body with Nia. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Nia is medicine for the body and soul...
Nia addresses the body, mind, emotions and spirit - that which makes you uniquely you - and puts them on the "same page." Nia uses physical activity to integrate one's neurology with one's outer body, or musculature. To achieve this whole-being integration, Nia addresses the whole person using a comprehensive, holistic exercise approach designed with a combination of nine classic movement forms drawing upon the martial arts, the dance arts and the healing arts.
Nia is done barefoot to music and delivers cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning.
